End of October 2023 my arrears amount was R3900 and now they say R7900 and now after complaining to Absa all the statement from August can't be opened it says incripted/file *******ed/ error all other statements which have no evidence can be opened. In the year 2020 after retrieving my credit reports one of the consultant was seen all over my personal information violating my privacy after reporting the consultant to his manager he said sorry then case closed . You are taking advantage knowing our constitution is protecting rights of consumers or not enough so.
