ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE

I have my car financed with Absa bank. I had complained that they are debiting my car warranty while it had expired in 2025. I layed a complained in 17 March. They promised to cancel those debits. Till date they have not cancelled them. I sent them an email, they promised to get back to me, they never did. I tried calling them, the agent put me on hold for more than 10 minutes until I was redirected to their survey. No 1 has ever came back to me. When trying to call them back the fone rings without any answer and they are incoviniencing my budget and causing me financially.
