absa vehicle finance

I had two guys who came to workplace and told my car was up for a repression i had paid since last year ,bear in mind those aint friendly they serious needed car asap and they harrassing me.this problem start when switched banks i started paying the car EFT every month with the ref no: 000 which they gave to use for payments so i did that. In november 2019 they contact to say im using a wrong ref i must send the the previous statement which i did and yesterday the guys came to collect the car and showed them proof payment for all the months, Absa never contact me to sort this problem im the one following up on this matter with repo guys.my credit score is affected by this.so where is my money im paying every month going ? charity
