Absa vehicle finance double deduction

We payed our vehicle installment on the 17th of August 2020 because my husband got payed early and he only got uif.

We did contact them about our eft and d They said everything is fine. Today on 1 september 2020 the debited oir account for another R2100 . That money was the last money we had to pay our insurance on the car and to pay our mtn account. If my husband does not pay mtn before the 5th of september they will cut our lines and he will loose his jobs. So Absa vehicle finance has 3 day do deposit that money back into our account. If my husband looses his job we wil not be able to pay absa ever again . And they would have to take the car. This is not the first time we have had this happen and this is really unacceptable. Now my husband might loose his job because Absa could not do their work.

We need the money refunded imediately or we wont have any income.
