Absa vehicle finance -double debiting

I really don't know what to do from this point onwards to be assisted by ABSA. attached is my AVAF statement and my transcriptional statement that shows the double debit of my ABSA account for some tracker reason that i called about last month already which is still unresolved . my account was in arreas with on month last year due to change of employment and i paid an amount of R1550 at an absa ATM in landswone which left my account with an amount of R1622.16 as outstanding as at statement of 10 January 2019. i paid this amount via EFT on the 29th of January 2019. i noticed that they were debiting twice in February 2019, fortunately there was not enough funds in the account. i called AVAF to enquire and i was sent from post to pillar and they said they was a tracker put in my account because my account was in arrears. i provided the updated statement at at 10 march which showed that my account is in fact up to date. i initially asked for the tracker to be removed hence there is no outstanding amount, i was transferred from on department to the other no one could assist me. as i was trying to explain the inconvenience that would be caused by this tracker nonsense. i was told that should a debit order go off twice because of tracker i can call and funds will be reversed . How conter-productive is that it does not make sense at all. so 22nd march 2019 debit order went off and again 25th march which was unsuccessful and i was told it because of tracker. alright yesterday a debit order went off and again this morning. i called collections immediately and i was put through customer service who advised that i should to the nearest branch and ask for a reversal and i did(absa lansdwone)to the branch i was told they cannot reverse and AVAF account and they put me through AVAF customer service. i have never felt so dumb in my whole life i sat there for an hour talking to this consultant on the phone where i tried to explain what happened and the efforts i have made from my side to have this rectified. she told me there is nothing they can do because from their side it showed unsuccessful debit which i tried to explain that is because of this tracker that was never removed when i paid the account via eft. I did not know what to do i just cried short as i am writing this email my heart aches as R3087.94 of my salary just went like that and ABSA is basically refuse to refund me. i really dont know what to do as this point. with the introducing of all the FAIS act and TCF you would think such issues will never happen. i have even attached statements and POP. empathy absa vehicle must just put themselves in my shoes for once. i know i dont make even 1% of Absa's revenue but i dont derseve to be treated this way
