ABSA vehicle finance double debit and blame me for reversal when my cheaque account goes on overdraft after the double debit

On the 26 November 2019 ABSA vehicle services where supposed to make a debit order from my cheque account, which they didnt. On the 2 December 2019 I called ABSA to find out why they did not do the debit order, they inform that there was a technical issue hence they did not do the debit order. ABSA requested that they do a debit order the following day on the 3 December 2019. The same day later 02 December 2019 a debit order took place in my account, and the following day another debit order for the same vehicle took place. I called my private banker about this issue, and I was informed that this could be fixed by reversing one debit order. On the 4 December 2019, I reverse the debit order as instructed. These are the call references,***7, ***8. On the 5 December 2019, Audi Centurion requested a settlement amount for the vehicle, as I was trading in the same vehicle. On 6 December 2019 AUDI received the settlement amount from ABSA, because I was trading the vehicle and purchasing a new vehicle. Everything went well until a week later I was informed that owe another installment for December. NOTE all my debit order go off on the 26th of every month. So how is that I owe an installment for December if all my debit order go off on the 26 December and the settlement was requested on 5 December? Right now AUDI Centurion wants the documents for the vehicle but ABSA is refusing to hand them to me? I have called countless time about this matter. Another issue is that no one from ABSA know who instructed or issued the debit order for the 2 December 2019.
