Absa Vehicle Finance DISGUSTING SERVICE.

Settled vehicle finance in June 2026. Still awaiting my paid up letter, as well as a refund on my account. Escalated numerous times over and over. 6 Phonecalls, and numerous empty promises. Every time there's a story of either ID not received, which was sent, then there's a excuse of myself needing to again send account confirmation letter for my refund. Lastly was they want bank statements! (FOR WHAT?? IM NOT APPLYING FOR FINANCE, I AM REQUESTING MY REFUND!!)

This is terrible, disgusting service. Aggenee ABSA Vehicle finance! Easy and fast to take payments on vehicle, but when its paid up (and theres a refund pending), they will TAKE MONTHS to pay back, and to supply me with a PAID UP LETTER!

As a customer, one need to BEG and SPEND more just to keep in contact with them while they owe you funds and paid up letters!
