ABSA Vehicle Finance - Disgusting Service
I have a vehicle finance with ABSA. I have paid extra into the account to try and settle the vehicle quicker. I requested a settlement letter and the figures look incorrect to me. When I called ABSA - after holding on for some time - they said that they can see the extra funds - and do I want to apply it against the capital. I have financed through Wesbank before and had NO PROBLEM WITH WESBANK. ABSA is useless - they need new management and new software. Clearly the current way they doing business is not working out for them. Each time you decide to pay extra - you will be required to call ABSA and tell them to apply your funds to the capital. Useless Bank

It is such a simple thing that ABSA cannot get right. This is the last time that I will finance with ABSA - ABSA CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!!!!
