ABSA Vehicle Finance Department (payments) is untrained, unhelpful and overall useless.

ABSA Vehicle finance. They don't even deserve one star. What a USELESS department when it comes to payments. I have been blatantly **** to, given wrong information, given the run around, with no one taking responsibility and even attempting to sort it out. I have been trying to get hold of supervisors, no one phones back. I have tried lodging complaints, nothing is done. I am so over big companies like this doing whatever they want, hiding behind call centres full of people and then having the consumer have to pay the price. My credit score is being influenced because they can't do what they promise. Their staff is uninformed and untrained.
