Absa Vehicle Finance department

Hi. Once again, i emailed Absa asking which license department we have to go to in order to the admin mark lifted. no one comes back to a person. i have being battling to get answers from last year November. i called the telephone number *** to speak to Daphne. the phone just rings. i emailed her asking which license department we have to go to. still no reply.
