ABSA Vehicle finance

ABSA has been calling me the whole month of January multiple times a day about a payment, which I've told them is NOT in arrears. I've also sent a few emails regarding this but I've received an unsatisfactory reply. Not sure why I must call them on my costs. I would really just like to settle the matter as this is very bothersome.
