ABSA Vehicle Finance Complaint

My late father bought a vehicle through ABSA Vehicle Finance. The vehicle has been paid in full but we received no documents to date. I need to transfer the vehicle in my mothers name who is 76yrs old. I paid an amount of R325 for an ABSA proxy letter, vehicle registration document and a letter from ABSA advising the account is settled. I have been informed I will receive the vehicle registration document which is being couriered to me. I asked ABSA Vehicle and Asset Finance (AVAF 11 team) if Im going to get the other two documents as well and to date I have been ignored. In this time of covid, I urgently need the vehicle. Im a diabetic, high blood sufferer and have a spinal injury that prevents me from taking public transport. My mother is 76 yrs old and a high blood sufferer. We urgently need this documents so I can transfer the vehicle into her name and withdraw a valid license. ABSA has not been helpful and has ignored my repeated requests for assistance. The one lady who called me from ABSA AVAF 11 was so abrupt, she couldn't wait to end the call with me. Im frustrated and in dire need of someone to assist me.
