Absa vehicle finance - can't keep track of emails

Here with the weekly "What is absa not doing properly" post, looking for help, and the only place to get it is from complaining on social media.

You can't just get a product and it works , with absa, you have to commit to a relationship where you have to fight and fight for anything.
