Absa vehicle finance

Hi to whom it may concern I've had a very bad experience with absa vehicle financing division as to my vehicle finance ,I've been under depth review and I was paying absa for almost 5 years and my balance came down to R67886.69.After lodging a complaint with absa with no feedback they then send me a different balance that is R174858.00 witch does not make sense as I did not buy the vehicle with a residual amount they re financed my account without me knowing this and they are sending me mails now to collect the vehicle witch is not right as they have not resolved my issue I have with my account.what do I do if I don't get any response to my issue as you can only communicate with them over email and phone call and I don't get the proper response as I'm sitting with all my documents and emails been send up and down with not resolving the issue Kind Regards Danie Wessels
