ABSA vehicle finance bulling

This Bank, ABSA, has the most arrogant agents ever and an unreliable system which subjected me to never ending humiliation. I received a call today 13/07/2021; 0841am from *** and the caller was a rude African lady who dropped the phone on my ear when I asked her why were they harassing me everyday with calls when I didn't even skip payment and she just dropped the phone on my ear as if I am her boyfriend forgeting that I am a client to her employer, ABSA. She dropped the line, it did not cut.

I was also harrased by white vw polos on the road threatening to repo my wheels and demanded R2000 on the spot only to discover later that I was just on areas which I could sort by making arrangements and that they were not even having an order to repo my car. Why does ABSA give them access to our personal information inlcuding ID numbers and physical address only for them to use it to **** us off our last penny when the car was not even due for repo.

I have now honored my arrangement and pay my installment every month and want ABSA to stop humiliating me, I have never skipped any payment. When I email them or call them, they send me to the branch, when I get to the branch, they point me to a self service telephone line, the line then referee me back to sending an email. I have been paying this car since 2017 but I have never received a statement from ABSA no matter how hard I try to request one. If I try online, it gives a message that says go to your nearest branch, yet again.
