ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE. Bad service, more like no service. VERSION 2

The reference number for this Case is C- ********** 2. I received this reference automated mail on the 7th of March. That is more than a month ago. And no response from Absa Vehicle finance. I don't receive any information of my monthly payments, after repeatedly requesting it. They have absolutely no customer service and Ill never get a loan from them again.
