Absa vehicle finance bad bad service!!

A month ago i purchased a vehicle which Absa did the financing for. Upon purchase of vehicle all required documents was submitted and approved by Absa. My 1st debit order was supposed to go off on 01 September 2020, today is 09 September and they still haven't deducted the debit order as yet. On Friday the 4th of September i phoned Absa to inquire to why debit order was not deducted yet, i was told that on their system it shows that it was paid, which i found very strange because on my bank starement, no debit order went off from Absa, so i have asked them to send me a statement aa proof, which i am still waiting on. On Saturday, the 5th of September i received a call from Absa telling me that the debit order came back, so i asked them check my banking details on their side, and wow, there was 1 digit short on my acc number, mind you, i have emailed them 3 months statement when i was buying the vehicle, so clearly someone on their side loaded my banking details wrong! So i requested that they deduct the money on Monday 07 September , well today is the 09 September and they still have not deducted the money off my account!! This is my 1st time using Absa and this is totally pathetic! Really!
