ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE AYISAFANI

This all began when my car got ****** and it took quite sometime to get it recovered through the tracking company, that gets resolved. My car gets recovered, I approach the traffic department for car registration purposes I find out that it has been deregistered by the bank. I approach ABSA and their story is that this is true and the paperwork is with my insurance company, the insurance company agrees to having the paperwork but disputes as to why the bank deregistered the vehicle when the insurance company informed them that the vehicle had been recovered and they should not deregister. This was on the 02 of August. (The Bank is informed by the insurance company not to deregister) The bank goes ahead and deregisters on the 20th of August. The best of it all has to be that ABSA is still debiting from my account for a vehicle that has been recovered. I'm so LIVID because the call centre is of NO assistance. I use my car for business of which is put on hold because of the abovementioned. Tell me then, whose fooling who here?
