ABSA Vehicle Finance audit certificate search

what a nightmare every annual year I have to pull my hair out during the process of obtaining my business audit certificates - just getting through to the call centre is a challange in itself - then there is no option for the certificates, and if you pick a option pertaining to account enquiry - the call gets dropped.... so you end up picking the option "apply for new account" strange enough then you get through - the business have had the same address for 22 years - According to ABSA - that is not where our business is..... all the verification questions are answered correctly - but the request is void due to the fact that I have no idea where the business is - We have a fleet of vehicles - new purchases are made every year - the last two purchases made in 2021 & 2022 - no correspondence from absa was received - no sale agreement indicating interest rate and finance cost -
