Absa vehicle finance are *****ed

I bought a car in 2015 which my 1st installment was R3150 in September which I"m supposed to finish the car finance with Absa on the 27 September 2020 with the same installment of R3150 but it happen that during March 2020 I face difficulties like everyone due to covid19 I went to Absa to ask for a relief payment which It was given to me without being explain ,but realised the consequences of taking the relief payment will delay to settle my payment as per my 2015 agreement with Absa vehicle finance of finishing the car in September 2020 ,I then went to Absa bank on the 08 April 2020 and they put me on the call like wise i spoke to a lady and asked her to remove the relief payment as I became free of stress financial in April 2020 and wanted to settle my vehicle to my surprise that on my settlement they have added the interest of the payment relief, I insisted the lady to remove that relief payment as I'm no longer interested...

to cut the story short I"m still struggling to settle my vehicle with Absa vehicle finance they are not willing to release my monthly installment with my normal agreement settlement they still have added the interest of payment relief, I have been calling to ask my settlement without the interest of relief payment but it's been escalation upon escalation ,none of the call centre agents able to bring my normal installment with normal settlement ..and remember the relief payment was only asked in March 2020 and April 2020 I asked it to be removed I even make the payment of R10.000 in May 2020 just to make sure that my areas of March are paid up...now I want to settle this car I"m struggling because the interest of their relief payment is objecting me not to be able to finish this car...It is clear that Absa finance is robbing people that are poor like my self in the name of payment relief...to my own understanding my settlement it suppose to be R62600 now with their added interest is R83000 I have questioned that with the lady I call yesterday that my installment is R3150 + R50000 balloon payment why is my settlement high she told me that I have a payment relief but I told her that the relief payment was supposed to be removed long ago because I have cancelled ,she told me she is escalating the issue....my question is for how long this will take them???Absa vehicle finance stop playing hide and seek I want to finish my car I can't even sleep because of the enxiety you course me
