Absa Vehicle finance and innovation service plan nightmare

Absa Vehicle finance services is really really pathetic. I called more than several times requesting that they update my account pertaining to the innovation service plan, but the just don't. No matter how many times I call requesting their assistance they just refuse to assist. Instead they poster me, accuse me of being in arrears and actually report me to the credit bureau but oblivious to the numerous calls I made to them to assist me with my account. My reference number is ***9. I need to have feedback regarding the cancellation of this motor services plan.... And for them to advise me if I am continuing with innovation or do I pay them.... I don't appreciate being told I am in arrears especially since I have been calling regarding the same problem since mid June.....
