ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE AND DECEASED ESTATE USELESS.

My husband passed away in June 2021, ABSA was notified of the death as he had vehicle finance with ABSA.

I have been following up on this matter for over two years, all I ever get is an automated reply.

Today, a tracer nearly pushed me off the road to say he needs to speak to me about the vehicle, needless to say nothing much was said. Apart from him being a fool on the road, the contact details of his company do not even exist.

ABSA, I need you to get back to me so that this matter can be resolved.

Really not impressed.
