Absa vehicle finance and assist takes money from clients account whenever they see fit

Absa vehicle finance is the worst and the disrespect is even worse 😡😡 Only one payment was missed which was explained that their was issues at work a repayment was made for the next 3 months. R3600 went off and the monthly installment was paid about R9000 then boom after bonus was paid a debt of R10000 went off with no prior agreement or notification for that matter, just like that when i called to enquire I was told that Absa is within their rights to do so and they won't even refund me. How is one supposed to live like this??? Then we stop paying all together they act surprised? The so called risk mitigation officer cuts calls when she is being called and doesn't even return them,, is this the part where I change banks?? How does Absa do such a thing at such a time and am still expected to pay on the 15 December 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 How does Absa take money from someone's account without their consent or even knowledge and still be disrespectful about it
