ABSA Vehicle Finance and ABSA Paarl Mall pathetic service

I just want to say ABSA vehicle finance's service is pathetic. Waiting for my car's papers from ABSA. Asked if they can send it to the branch closest to me which is Absa Paarl mall. Went to the branch, they said no they sent it back to Vehicle finance because no one collected the documents. No one even called or emailed to say the documents have arrived. Called Vehicle finance and they just said no but they didn't receive anything. Gave a tracking number which I can't find anywhere.

Called last week and a guy said he will escalate to administration department so that they can get a tracking number from the branch. Every time you call they just say they have emailed the guy but he doesn't respond.

Licence expires today and I cannot do anything due to this mess up from ABSA. This is pathetic service really.
