It is absolutely ridiculous that you receive a change in contract from Absa vehicle finance due to you not providing your proof of cover. I have sent it trough my proof of cover to your *** on the 04.06.2025 at 13:52. And what the consultant told me is that I will escilate this to my supervisor, when I asked for when I will be receiving feedback, he said I don't know. I will not pay for extra insurance due to your incompetence! Ref nr ***0
