Absa vehicle finance

I failed to make a payment for 5months after losing my job I call them to make arrangements of payment with them they agreed with me arrangement date was on the 01 November 2022 then on the 31october 2022 two white man come to me they say there from ABSA they came to view the condition of the car.after that they said I must sign so that they can have prof to submit at work after 10min they said I must take out everything that is in the car because I was not signing for inspection I was saranding the car. I call ABSA action line I didn't help because I don't remember telling ABSA that I don't want to pay and also tell them that I am going to finish their in time as agreed on contract. I feel like ABSA is a robbing business because they ****** me to take there car
