ABSA vehicle finance admin not up to scratch.

My vehicle finance was with Absa. After I paid the last amount owing on my car I am waiting to receive my vehicle registration papers. The courier company selected by Absa is fully booked for this week and I will only receive my registration papers next week Tuesday because they are fully booked for this week. Absa uses two courier companies for this purposes but won't go through the effort to see which one will be able to deliver quicker. This is the 21st century in the sense that I won't have a problem if the other company will also take roughly the same amount of time but at least go through the effort to check.

Not good costumer service.
