ABSA Vehicle Finance, Account Settled but still debits Installments

Settle my car with ABSA Vehicle Finance on the 21st of April, Picked up my NATIS docs on the 28th of April 2026. However, 30 April installment still goes off my account, 30 May installment still goes off my account. And when I call, that irritating Bot takes me from pillar to post, until I get a consultant, I have never in my life dealt with such a rude consultant. I get told, I did not close the account, so I need to get a new settlement quote, WHAT???? . I have a paid up letter, and original NATIS docs, but you tell me I need a another settlement qoute. You can not be serious ABSA
