ABSA vehicle finance account remains open after being settled

I settled my ABSA vehicle accounts end of September 2021, and requested that the accounts be closed in order to get the NATIS documents. One of the vehicles account was closed within a week, the other account is still active. Its now more that 3 weeks later, and its still active. Nobody can give me a reason why, or tell me when it will be closed. Each time they escalade the problem for resolution, but still nothing gets done.
