Absa Vehicle Finance ACC double debits December 2023

Absa Vehicle Finance double debited my account in December 2023, the first debit order went off on the 14th December and the second one on the 28 December 2023. This has negatively affected my other debit orders. What kind of business practice is this for such a huge organisation. I'm so disappointed Absa please rectify this.
