Absa vehicle finance is a ****, I signed a contract for 14% interest rate on a vehicle I signed and to my surprise they sent a statement to say it’s 15.32%. Went out of my way to get the error rectified on their end and was promised and sent an amended statement of 14% percent. To my surprise on the 25th they went an debuted far more than what agreed upon, I escalated to get that sorted out and they know quiet the only thing I received was a ref number C-***5, nothing. No one is calling to explain what’s happening nothing. Dear Absa vehicle finance, learn the principle of treating clients fairly instead of using them as money pits for your own personal gain and your communication skills sucks.
