ABSA Vehicle Finance a bunch of ******

Dear Absa,

My mother settled her vehicle and cancelled her insurance.

Absa confirmed they received the money on the 19th of December 2022 and we called the bank and they confirmed they are closing her account and her installment would not go off.

They proceeded to insure her vehicle and debit her installment today plus insurance today.

Please can our money be refunded. We are verh dissapointed with your service.

This is not just an oversight but it is ********** to debit on an account that has been settled.

My mother will be moving her transactional accounts as we no longer trust ABSA.
