ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE

I have, twice now, called Absa vehicle finance to assist me with a document which proves that they are financing my car and i am the owner. Both times the phone call was cut off after i have been told to hold the line while they processing my request. I have been waiting for them to call me back and it seems like they wont be making that effort. I cant be wasting time calling people who keep dropping my call. Absa vehicle finance please call me urgently because i need that document, otherwise i wouldn't have wasted your precious time!
