ABSA vehicle finance

Last year August 2019 i lost my work , and phoned ABSA to ask for a payment holiday on my vehicle for me to get back on my feet i was told sorry they cant assist after buying all my cars by them for years , I then paid my Vehicle with the little savings I had left till January 2020 after then i could jot afford to pay anymore . I have sent email on email asking can we make a new payment plan as i cant afford the payments anymore all i received back was we will let you know once a new payment plan has been approved . The email was received in May 2020 still not received any further information from them . Phone Absa today to tell them to come and take the car as i cant keep asking for help and be ignored they then said i must phone legal as my account is with them Phone them A lot but the phone rings twice then the phone is ended how are you suppose to adres the issue if they don't want to help the car can be picked up whenever they want no more will i try to resolve the issue most useless bank i have ever seen . I have sold all my belongings to pay my debt what more do they want .
