Absa Vehicle Finance

Absa Vehicle Finance is adamant that I skipped a February Installment but when I ask them which month did my debit bounce they drop the phone on my ear, I never had a COVID relief if they mistaken me with the people who requested. My statement doesn't show any arrears only on August statement it shows I missed my payment in June 3 months ago. I wish the Government can have a body that will look at such ***** by the Banks, not the Ombudman they not doing enough.
