ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE

I tried to get my cars papers from ABSA vehicle finance i went to the bank in saldanha they told me i should speak to vehicle finance department they put me thru on the red phone inside the bank waited allmost an half an hour each time they pu me thru to different departments i eventually gave up because i was sitting for so long 2 weeks after that i tried phoning again the same thing happend thru 4 department last one gave me a number to phone with 8 alternative numbers i asked the person must i know phone 8 numbers he told me no its only alternative number i eventually spoke to someone her name was Roshina i asked if she could help me she checked my details and told me that i owe absa R10000 i told but i received a letter from absa that i should pay my acount of R3850 she askes me to send the letter i emailed it to her and still didnt get any response from her i just want this matter to be sorted out.
