ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE

ABSA VEHICLE Finance did a double debit order in December (on the 14th and 27th of December). I immediately called the call centre on 27/12 and was promised a reimbur*****t by COB of 27/12 or early 28/12 since duplication of debit order had been confirmed. Up to today I have still not received my refund nor any communication despite follow up calls by myself and “escalation “ of my query.
