Absa vehicle finance

Trying to get absa to sort arreas amount out but no joy.

Cant get into contact with anyone there but I recieve calls daily to ask me why the amount is not paid yet it has been paid.

I have requested a manager to call and all the agent says is il email them

So this post is just to get to the right people to sort this out since i have tried everything
