what a waste of time and money . been struggling since 1 of January to get a settlement value and natis documents of my car , emailing is useless as you get a stupid response from consultants we are experiencing extremely high email volumes .....high volumes for a whole ****** month i mean really how pathetic , legal department phone numbers are non existent as they don't even ring , the *** automated document system don't work also again pathetic ., í dare not think of the **** i will have to go thru when my car is finally paid of to get my settlement documents if this is how i am struggling just to get the easy documents . i really don't know why your useless bank is still in existence.
