Absa Vehicle Finance

I bought a JCB TLB for 1.2million rand using ABSA vehicle finance linked to a certain small business development contract I had gotten with a certain municipality to build a road. I paid 150k monthly to settle the asset within a short term but struggled in the last 3 months when I was left with 200K to settle the asset within one year of purchase. Absa repossessed the asset and they claimed to have auctioned it but they have never settled the account or paying back the difference between what the TLB was sold for and what it was owing. The TLB was worthy more than 800K while the debt is around 200K but Absa continues to play hide and seek when my lawyers approached them to return the balance. The asset was also repossessed despite my efforts to make arrangements to settle it within 30 days. I strongly believe that Absa vehicle finance team is running a ponzi scheme where team repossesses assets and sell them to make fortunes but never return what is due to the customers. They are *****ulent and very unfair to customers and they have also contracted a number of legal firm in their panel which often disadvantage customers as such legal firms cannot act against Absa. We need to get this investigated, there's a rot of *******ion done against struggling customers where their assets are repossessed and sold at a higher price but the accounts remains unsettled and customers are never paid their monies due. They also apparently using law firms who have in-house Auction companies to ensure the smooth proceeding of their *******ion, i.e Strauss Daly Attorneys who are acting both as attorneys and action company for Absa to fastract this modus operandi. I had my lawyers investigating the account but Absa never answer emails or never comply with demands letter sent.

Reviewer Update
This seems to be a generic response given to every complaint or review by customers. All I need is the statement showing how much was the TLB sold for & how much was paid the cost of settling the account so we can conclude this case. I even doubt if any actions will be taken as you have not ask me any of the contact details or particular information that would assist you in accessing this case.
