ABSA vehicle Finance

I have been paying extra into my vehicle finance every month. In December 2025 I realised that the balance outstanding has not come down in line with the extra money paid in. I have asked AVF to deduct it off the outstanding amount, they have not and they have also not given me a breakdown of reversal of unearned finance charges, which should have been reversed. Its been 4 months of not getting this right. Their software is not good and it all flows from there. The spreadsheet that they sent me does not show the extra that was paid into the account.
