Absa vehicle finance

I have a vehicle finance with absa it's up the contract supposed to and in December 2026 but however when I check this year it says February I have tried to contact absa but no one is giving me an answer as like what transpire on that and I have send an email to them I even got a reply. And the last thing I was shocked by the fact that I was advised at my account is with ******* and it's up to date I don't know I was that possible
