Absa vehicle finance

Absa finance my car 5 years ago I had no problems, All of a sudden I'm starting to encounter problems coz I'm almost done paying it... I never skipped one payment all payments was done on time, no late payments. Absa innovations, Absa insurance ect been calling me to milk me for more and more every month I took out a few covers now the latest one is insurance, I've explained to the guys I don't want their insurance and they been deducting from my account in witch I've send them emails called them to tell and warn them that I've not agreed or signed any agreement for them to deduct any other month except the agreed amount for the vehicle finance. With multiple emails I told them if they deduct any extra I'm reversing it... Funny enuf when I owed them R190000 I had no calls for insurance an all the extra covers now that I owe them R30000 I'm being forced to pay insurance that I don't even have to pay why do Absa ***** and take from the poorest ppl that literally trying to get by us that make sure we pay on time is being treated like ****...

Latest story as I said I'm reversing when extra is being deducted I did that n now I'm getting calls being threaten with my credit score being effect and my "vehicle loan is in an arrears"

Since when is insurance acting as a credit provider to be effecting my credit score or to be added or effecting my vehicle finance coz right now I got a statement I'm in arrears how is that possible when I've been paying the agreed amount of installment.. When sending emails I get no response I only get sms to say I'm in arrears can hello Peter please assist in this matter
