Absa vehicle finance?

I am sad to say that in all the years doing business with Absa bank, this is the first time I'm complaining due to poor service. We have app**** for vehicle finance last Tuesday at our local bank in Ladysmith KZN. We received confirmation that our application was approved on Wednesday, and that is basically the end of the story. We supp**** all the documents requested. Been to the bank three times last week to submit everything. We were told that we will be contacted when everything has been finalized. Not a word as yet. We told the dealership that we will arrange our own finance with our bank and now we look like fools. I even paid a deposit to try and secure the deal. What went wrong Absa? In 2012 we also app**** for vehicle finance and the deal was all completed within two days. There has been no communication since last week Thursday. I really feel let down
