Absa vehicle finance

My car was repossessed in 2020 but till today,I tried calling absa many times but they keep saying they will come back to me.i also wanna know how much i owe so i can close of the account as its reflecting bad on my credit profile.also when i receive the statement it doesn’t show how much the car was sold for and the amount subtracted from the account balance
