Absa Vehicle Finance
Absa vehicle finance has been deducting normal monthly instalments from my account. At the same time they keep deducting insurance premiums although I have telephonically and in writing informed them countless times that I do have insurance. In addition I have been sending them my Proof of Insurance cover but the problem still persists. This has been happening since 2018 June and it is really frustrating. To this month ABSA vehicle finance continues to deduct insurance and the last debit against my account was today 31 July 2019. Someone please help. I have been sending e-mails to them requesting that they correct this and recompensate me the funds dating back to 2018.
