ABSA Vehicle Finance - 2 Months and still no refund

Forget about ever getting refunded !! I have been struggling for 2 months to get R2500 back from ABSA motor vehicle finance. Overpayment were made on the 2nd of December 2025 (car paid off!) it is now 13 February 2026. The amount of airtime I have spend on calls are over R400 at this stage. Pathetic. The "promise" Between 3 and 5 days for a refund, that is a LIE !! every time I phone, it will be investigated or are "in process" This week Monday they told me to giver it until Wednesday. Wednesday they told me, I should get it Thursday, Thursday they told me they can SEEE I phoned yesterday, but it is still in process, should get it Friday ? Friday I phone and someone will phone me back NEXT WEEK Monday because no one know what is going on .. ? They can SEE the R2500 credit, but..... ? And this is the same thing since January when I started to question my refund. To think I have been with ABSA more than 30 years ? time for a change
