Absa Vehicle Finance

When I purchased my car I chose ABSA as my finance company. I requested that they make my debit order date the 28th of each month as I get paid on the 27th . Not one single time has my debit order been on the correct date. So in February the debit order came back as unpaid because this was only on the 3rd of the next month. ABSA then called me to let me know that I have not paid which I was well aware of. I then requested again that my debit order be changed to the 28th to which she said has been done. Needless to say it has never been on the 28th of any month there after. My debit order again came back as unpaid on the 3rd of April ( it had to be on the 28th of March) so again when they phoned me I requested that they please call me after 3 ( 15:00) in the afternoon as I am unable to take calls at work. Every day thereafter at work they called me in the morning and each time it I ask them to call after 3 (15:00) It just never happened. Eventually the week after on a Wednesday after many swearwords they called me at three thirty ( 15:30 ) and I spoke to a lady called Magda Kriel and I explained what happened and why. She did not understand what I was trying to say so I got aggravated and irritated and she just dropped the call and never called back. The next day( Thursday) I received another call from ABSA. Take a guess what time they called ??? Before 10 am in the morning . I once again asked them to call me after 3 as I cant talk and told them to check the system to see that many times before I requested that I be called after 3 (15:00) to discuss this matter of an unpaid account. Obviously this being ABSA I did not get a call until Saturday morning. Needless to say I was not very friendly and the poor consultant had to call her manager called Andries Roos. After going off on him about not being called when I asked we eventually got to talk about the outstanding amount owed. He then advised me that they cannot make the change to the 28th of each month because they will then charge me an additional amount for interest for the extra days that they wait for the money. They told me that I can pay half the installment in April and one and a half in May which I had to do. I also told them to cancel the debit order as they are too *********** to do it right. I then added them as a beneficiary with my bank and paid half the installment by means of EFT. Every day since I paid them I still receive a call during the course of the morning which I now just ignore. I mean how stupid must you be to not read the system. I have requested to be called after 3 (15:00) Also when I spoke to Andries Roos I told him very clearly that my ITC will not be affected by what has happened because it is not my fault or my problem and that I want a written letter saying that it would not be affected .He wanted me to send a motivational email to him asking very nicely to please not affect my ITC. I want this matter resolved before the end of the week (28 April 2017)
