Absa vehicle finance

Absa vehicle finance department is ***********!!

I have updated my banking details with them a couple of months back, even got confirmation of the details being updated yet they still keep debiting my old account.

I tried on numerous occasions to get them to fix the issue and take accountability but no one seems interested in helping me, I also spoke to a gentleman who was rude, rushed to help me, refused to transfer me to any department that can help me, refused to get me to speak to a supervisor, refused to issue out a reference number.

I'm not sure what mickey mouse show you running there but it's utter nonsense and mediocre.
