ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE

I have a horrible experience with ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE with their endless call claiming that my account is in arrears. I pay my account between the 15 & 17 of each month but according to their records I need to pay on the last day of the month. Their system seem not to recognize my payment made before the last day of each month. In January 2024 I received a call from Ally Manyama, Senior Collector, he requested that I send him all my proof of payment from January 2023 to December 2023, I did that and never received a response or an acknowledged. I feel ****med as they continue to charge me interest while I pay my account every month in full. I will never recommend financing with ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE
